Description

What we do

At Verdi, our mission is to make modern automation tools accessible to every farm on the planet. We believe in a future where every farmer, regardless of scale, can harness the power of advanced technology to build resilience, optimize resources, and thrive in an ever-changing world.

We're starting by addressing irrigation: one of the most important, time-consuming, and costly farm tasks. 95 percent of specialty crop irrigation is still operated manually today, and we're changing that by developing automation tools that are affordable, reliable, and simple for growers to use. Through our technology, we saved our customers over 100 million liters of water in 2024 alone.

By bringing agriculture into the internet and AI age, we ensure that our solutions not only solve real problems but also inspire innovation across the industry. Through a commitment to grower obsession, high standards, and meaningful action, Verdi is shaping the future of farming with innovative engineering.

Where you come in

You will play a pivotal role in Verdi’s rapid expansion in California’s agriculture industry. You will be responsible for organizing in-person demos, attending industry events, and helping interested growers through the sales process by nurturing leads, doing site visits, sending quotes, and more.

You’ll find creative ways to learn about the customers’ farming operations and recommend ways Verdi’s various products and services can help them. You’ll also find creative ways to get Verdi products sold through partners like agronomy consultants, irrigation solution providers and distributors. You’ll be responsible for finding, closing and then passing new customers along to our account managers for onboarding.

You’ll make sure everyone feels that our system stands in a league of its own in the world of agriculture. You’ll work with our customers, spend time with them where they work, and find ways to enable them to grow food for the 21st century. You’ll do this all while sharing your feedback from customers and your own ideas to help Verdi shape and develop our products.
